Smarty is excellent value for money, I have 60gb of Data for £10pm.

However the draw backs to SMARTY are that the service is very poor with very little 3G, 4G or 5G coverage I'm in Leicestershire.

Also no being able to text numbers that are not free is not good at all.

I would suggest SMARTY mobile is ideal for young people or students as to not rack up huge mobile phone bills and so parents can cap spending.

Very bad service offered by vs staff in response to my issues and also they are very slow in responding and also not provided with the details of CEO as promt to query. And they are taking the money out on time.

Poor coverage and Internet speed

It simply works.

Probably the worst network I've ever been on. Often says 4g and 3g but no data coverage, limited signal, telephone calls are rubbish. . . Three network but must be their leftovers because it's totally crap!
Save yourself the annoyance, go with someone else!

Been with Smarty roughly six months , can't fault them , just sorry I didn't change to them sooner.

Ex customer. Lost mobile registered. Smarty cannot change number in their database. Therefore cannot access dashboard in order to pay them. Hopeless.
Gets even better. They respond with "we can change your email address. For the NINTH TIME - it's my mobile number that's wrong.

Great service.They don't charge to use abroad like most other providers.l only use has a back in the UK.

Excellent value and good service plus no contract just month to month

I like Smarty for its low costs and freedom to change your plan whenever. The app is straightforward and clear and easy to use. Roaming is easy too. Try it out.
